Eastern Point Collective is a woman owned and operated restaurant group located in Washington, D.C. The owner is a local mom as well, that lives in the neighborhood. She started the group in 2018, with the goal and purpose of changing hospitality through integrity and grace.
Our first concept; The Duck & The Peach, a New American restaurant, opened in March of 2020. Followed by La Collina, an Italian(ish) neighborhood osteria and The Wells, a cocktail bar, which opened in June of 2020.

We offer competitive and stable compensation, predictive scheduling, 50% of paid medical, dental, vision coverage for full time hourly members and 100% of benefits for management. We are working to make that fully covered in the future. We also have company-wide dining and wine purchasing discounts.
