Eastern Point Collective is a women-owned and operated restaurant group located in Washington, D.C.  The owner is a local mom as well, who lives in the neighborhood.  She started the group in 2018 with the goal and purpose of changing hospitality through integrity and grace. 

Our first concept, The Duck & The Peach, a New American restaurant, opened in March 2021. Followed by La Collina, an Italian-ish neighborhood restaurant, and The Wells, a gin cocktail bar, which opened in June 2021.  And also, a new Greek-ish wine and mezze restaurant called Méli opened in May of 2023.

At Eastern Point Collective, we are looking to build new and innovative ways of operating restaurants that create a better life for everyone involved—our team, our guests, and our neighbors. We are doing this because we know from experience that taking a community-focused, purpose-driven approach isn’t just the right thing to do; it’s the right way to run a successful business.

One of our core principles of genuine hospitality starts with our team of dedicated professionals. We intend to build something a little different than a typical restaurant and are dedicated to setting new standards in hospitality, cuisine, and the employment experience.

We offer competitive and stable compensation, predictive scheduling, 50% of paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time hourly members, and 100% of benefits for management.  We are working to have that fully covered in the future.  We also have company-wide dining and wine purchasing discounts.
